Tom Weber graduated from the University of Windsor with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1984 and is an Honours graduate of the Canadian Securities Course.
During his attendance at University, Tom worked each summer at RBC Dominion Securities in Toronto, where he completed many courses offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.
Upon graduation, Tom learned the business world by working for 15 years as General Manager of the downtown Windsor branch of Canadian Tire. During this time he gained valuable insight into the realities of operating a business and the associated financial implications that go along with such an endeavour.
In the early part of 1999, Tom joined RBC Dominion Securities as a professional Investment Advisor. He has acquired his Life license as well as his Financial Management Advisor designation.
Kelly Sutherland joined the firm in September of 2009. She attended the University of Windsor and graduated with a B. Comm. in Business. She brings with her twenty years experience in the financial services industry where she held various positions including Assistant Branch Manager at one of Canada's leading trust companies.
