Nicholas entered the financial sector in 1999 and is a rare professional in terms of education and experience. He holds a Masters in Financial Science and Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
After graduating from Notre Dame Nicholas worked in the Financial Services Practice of a “Big 4” public accounting firm where he spent time working with some of Canada’s largest and most respected companies. He has also worked for a prominent investment bank where his investment ideas were regularly published.
As an accomplished advisor and former accountant, Nicholas works with both public and private investors who require a premium level of expertise in tax, risk, and investment management. His practice is designed around the values of clarity, dedication, accountability and trust, while delivering a service experience that is unique in the industry.
Born in Halifax, Nicholas now lives in Toronto where he helps an exclusive list of investors throughout Ontario, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia make sound investment decisions. He is an active member of Big Brothers Big Sisters Toronto, and is an avid skier, former instructor, and competitive cyclist, and enjoys playing soccer, sailing and traveling.
