Luc Perron, CFAPortfolio Manager
I provide comprehensive financial and investment solutions for English- and French-speaking individuals and their families.Working with a relatively small client base allows me to develop personal relationships with each of my clients. Those relationships, in turn, provide me with the in-depth understanding of my clients’ needs - as well as the level of trust – required to actively manage their portfolios and make thoughtful decisions in the face of today’s often overwhelming markets.
I hold a commerce degree from McGill University and have acquired the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
As a Porfolio Manager with RBC Dominion Securities, I am supported by insurance, and tax and estate planning specialists.
My financial services career, both in Canada and the U.K., has honed my ability to listen, understand and translate client dreams into well-executed investment strategies. My constant emphasis on communication ensures that those strategies are continually refined to reflect changes in client objectives, always preserving the delicate balance – unique to each client – between growth and preservation of assets.
An avid photographer, in my spare time I can also be found skiing the slopes with my family or golfing. My wife Karen and I have four wonderful children, Sara, Kyle, Monique and Nathalie.
Ginette Evans

Ginette Evans joined Luc in 2005 after a long and fulfilling career at RBC Royal Bank. She is your first point of contact for your day-to-day needs. Ginette joined the Royal Bank in 1973 and spent the majority of her 30-year tenure working at the 90 Sparks St branch in Ottawa, Ontario. Two of her most prominent positions included Account Manager and Corporate Account Officer. During her time with the Royal Bank, Ginette learnt the many different aspects of the banking industry. This tremendous experience has allowed Ginette to excel in her position at RBC DS, where she is often able to incorporate her extensive background knowledge into finding a quick and effective solution for clients. Somewhat of a perfectionist, it is Ginette's belief that the client should always come first, and she is not afraid to go the distance when it comes to upholding this important value.
