Kent has been in the financial services industry since 2000 in range of roles, including account manager and financial planner. As an Investment Advisor, Kent concentrates on helping clients achieve their personal and financial objectives.
In addition to his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, Kent has worked hard to improve his industry credentials. He has completed many Canadian Securities Institute courses including the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct Practice Handbook (CPH), Canadian Insurance Course (CIC), Professional Financial Planning course (PFPC) and Wealth Management Techniques (WMT). He has also received the internationally recognized professional financial planning designation, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Canadian designation, Financial Management Advisor (FMA) & Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).
Recognizing that every client is unique, Kent offers clients personalized investment, tax, retirement, estate and insurance planning advice in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Away from office, Kent spends his time helping various charities and community organizations. He enjoys golf, outdoor activities and traveling with his family and friends.
