About Our Group


Gerry and Chris Rudnick have over 25 years of combined experience in the investment industry. Gerry has been an Investment Advisor at Dominion Securities since 1997 and Chris started at Midland Walwyn in 1991. In 1999, Gerry and Chris joined forces and today, The Rudnick Wealth Management Group provides investment management services for high net worth families, businesses, charitable foundations and institutions.
Gerry is the primary Investment Advisor and is responsible for day to day investment management and reviews with clients, while Chris, Associate Advisor, focuses on business and client development. Esther Smith, their associate takes care of the daily administration.
Gerry and Chris have completed many courses and programs offered through the Canadian Securities Institute, including the Professional Financial Planning Course. Gerry has also obtained the Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designation and has earned the Fellow of The Canadian Securities Institute status. They are also both licensed insurance representatives, which allows the use of insurance for tax sheltering and estate planning. Chris is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario and Gerry is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Economics.
The Rudnick Wealth Management Group also includes an extended team of experts: Rebecca Henri, their Certified Financial Planner prepares comprehensive financial plans. Thomas Seah, is a Chartered Life Underwriter who specializes in tax sheltering strategies. Chris Delaney, is a lawyer who provides estate planning information and reviews. Jeremy Bridger holds an MBA and his specialty is in looking after our clients private banking needs.
REBECCA HENRI Financial Planner
Rebecca brings over ten years of financial services experience to her role as Financial Planner with RBC Dominion Securities. Rebecca provides customized financial plans to Investment Advisors clients addressing whatever specific needs the client has regarding their financial future. Rebecca’s skills and confidence provide peace of mind to those individuals and families she meets with. Her caring attitude and understanding of how personal life circumstances impacts financial health, makes the financial plan that is delivered highly relevant and valuable.
Rebecca has a strong belief in continuing education and has obtained her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, completed the Personal Financial Planner program and Canadian Securities Course, and is also licensed as an insurance agent with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. She graduated from Trent University with an honours degree and keeps herself up-to-date on industry trends and legislative changes through various professional programs of study on an ongoing basis. Rebecca has also been teaching Retirement and Estate Planning at George Brown College in Toronto.
THOMAS SEAH Insurance Specialist
Thomas, who is a Chartered Life Underwriter, began his career with a leading insurance company in 1984 after he completed his Economics degree at the University of Guelph. He was a President's Club and a Chairman's club producer. As a producer, Thomas received the prestigious award of National Quality Award for many years from the insurance industry's association. He also worked as an assistant manager and a branch manager before joining RBC DS Financial Services in 1994.
In his present role, Thomas works closely with Investment Advisors and their clients in areas of financial planning and estate planning using innovative and advanced insurance strategies. These strategies help create tax efficiencies within a client's portfolio today to help realize the client's objectives for the future.
CHRIS DELANEY Will & Estate Consultant
Chris obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985 in Administrative and Commercial Studies (Finance) from the University of Western Ontario. He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Western in 1989. He also received a Bachelor of Education degree from the Universiy of Windsor in 1995. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1991. He has practised variously in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, wills and estates, residential real estate and employment law. In addition to being a lawyer, Mr. Delany has taught Labour Economic, Estates, Business Law, Personal Finance and Introductory Accounting for Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. He has also instructed at the secondary school level. He was appointed to the Ontario Licence Appeal Tribunal as a panel member from 2001-2004.
He is very excited about being able to offer Will and Estate Planning ideas and strategies to the clients of RBC Dominion Securities throughout Southwestern Ontario. This is an exceptional program that offers tremendous value for clients as they plan for the orderly succession of their assets, businesses and personal affairs.
JEREMY BRIDGER Private Banker
As a Private Banker, Jeremy provides comprehensive financial management to affluent clients and their families with over $1,000,000 in debt and assets at RBC Financial Group. Clients value his discretion and responsiveness in advising them through all stages of their financial lives. Jeremy designs sophisticated banking, personalized short and long-term lending, and flexible credit packages for his clients. He has been managing and building financial plans for RBC clients for over 9 years.
Jeremy has completed his Canadian Securities Course and Professional Financial Planning Course from the Canadian Securities Institute. He has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and completed his Business Degree majoring in Finance from Brock University. He has also instructed for the Finance Department at Brock University for 4 years teaching personal finance classes to undergraduate students.
