Keith began his career as an Investment Advisor with Richardson Greenshields in Kitchener, Ontario in 1992, and became Assistant Branch Manager in Kitchener in 1998. Keith moved to the London, Ontario branch as Assistant Branch Manager in 1999, and went on to assume the Branch Manager role in Windsor, Ontario one year later. In 2003, Keith was appointed Branch Manager of the combined Kitchener-Cambridge branches. Under Keith’s leadership, the Kitchener office relocated to Waterloo and the Cambridge office also moved to new premises.
During Keith’s tenure in Windsor, the branch was awarded Branch of the Year honours in 2001 and 2002, and during his time in Kitchener-Waterloo, the branch won Branch of the Year in 2005 and 2007.
Keith and his wife Beth have three boys who attend Queen's, McMaster and University of Western Ontario.
John N.C. Whitmore

John joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2005 and joined the management team in 2008. Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan, John moved to Alberta and attended Concordia University College where he commenced his studies and played varsity basketball before transferring to the University of Alberta where he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree. John is active in his community and has volunteered his time raising money for Youth Challenge International, Oxfam Canada, and Change For Children. He is a former mentor for the Big Brothers program, and is currently a director of two not for profit organizations.
Teryl Sporns

Teryl graduated from the University of Alberta in 2001. She moved to Winnipeg where she joined RBC Dominion Securities as an associate for a Chairman Council IA Team. 5 years ago she moved to Edmonton with her husband and joined the Edmonton Commerce Place Branch as the Branch Administrator. For the past 3 years, Teryl has served as a member of the national Branch Administrator Advisory Board and the past year, she acted as their Chair
Cortney Smith
Branch Administrator
Cortney completed her Commerce education at Kings University College in 2002 and joined the management team in mid 2009. She entered the Finance industry in 2006 after moving to London, England with her husband, gaining valuable expertise working within a global financial institution in International Risk and Compliance. Kicking-off global efforts to plan and execute a merger following a large acquisition as well as being a mentor to underprivileged teens in southeast England were two of many rewarding experiences she gained while overseas. Prior to her finance experience, Cortney's career allowed her to coordinate and develop cultural programs for municipal government and then work within a recruitment team for accounting and finance roles. Cortney enjoys leading local fundraisings efforts and is able to express her creative side inside, and outside, of the office with event planning..
