Andy Harper joined the RBC Dominion Securities Director's Circle in 2007 - a milestone acheivement within our firm. Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position as an Investment Advisor for clients across Ontario. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has gained the respect of his clients by providing them with sound, reliable investment advice.

Andy earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Committed to ongoing professional development, he subsequently completed the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investment Finance Course, Professional Financial Planning Course and Life, Accident & Sickness Insurances licenses (LLQP). Recently he added to his professional qualifications with two important designations: FMA (Financial Management Advisor) and FCSI (Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute).




Heather J. LeBar, FMA, FCSI, Ch.P (Strategic Wealth)    
Financial Planner

      

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Heather has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct and Practices Handbook, the Derivatives Fundamentals Course, the Life, Accident & Sickness insurance licenses (LLQP), the Professional Financial Planning Course and Wealth Management Techniques . She has earned the Financial Management Advisor designation (FMA) as well as the FCSI (Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute). In 2007 Heather became one of the first in Canada to acheive the Chartered Professional (Ch.P) Strategic Wealth Designation.  Heather's role is to develop comprehensive financial plans for our clients as a means to enhancing the holistic wealth managment approach of the team.

 


Paula Dal Bello
Administrative Assistant    

Paula has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years with a competitor firm. Through the various positions she has held thoughout her career, she brings a diverse range of experience to the team.  Paula is looking forward to bringing her knowledge to the Harper Wealth Management Group and is currently enrolled in the Canadian Securities Course.

 

 



                                  

Thomas Seah, CLU

Thomas Seah, Chartered Life Underwriter, began his career with a leading insurance company in 1984 after he completed his Economics degree at the University of Guelph. He was a member of the President's Club and the Chairman's Club. Thomas has been honoured with the prestigious annual National Quality Award for many years, given by the insurance industry's association and is a featured speaker throughout the financial services industry.

In his present role, Thomas works closely with Andy and Heather in the areas of financial planning and estate planning using innovative and advanced insurance strategies. These strategies help create tax efficiencies within a client's portfolio today to help realize your objectives for the future.

Carrie Roelofsen

Marketing Assitant

 

After graduating from Conestoga College in 2000 with a Microcomputer Administration diploma, Carrie began her career in the insurance industry with a leading insurance company. As a Service Associate she was exposed to many different departments and responsibilities resulting in a move to Actuarial Support where she provided inforce illustrations to advisors.





 
Catherine P. Z. Nicholls, LLB, TEP
Will & Estate Consultant

Catherine received her Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1978 and has been a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1980. She was a partner in a small law firm and primarily practised law in the areas of residential real estate, will and estate planning and estate administration.

Catherine joined a major trust company as a Senior Will and Estate Planner in 1996 and has since then focused exclusively on the area of law. She will continue to focus on will and estate planning with RBC Dominion Securities
.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Estate Planning Council of Niagara and the Niagara In House Legal Council Group.
