Chris Delaney, Will & Estate Consultant
Chris obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies (Finance) from the University of Western Ontario in 1985, followed by his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1989. In 1995, he completed his teaching degree from the University of Windsor.
Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, he established a successful private practice in residential real estate, Wills and estate planning. He was also a Senior Will & Estate Planner for a leading Canadian trust company, and a panel member of the Ontario Licence Appeal Tribunal.
Chris has taught Business Law, Estates Law, Labour Economics, Financial Planning, Accounting, Organizational Behaviour and Marketing at Fanshawe College. He is also a contributing author and co-author of several high school text resources for Law and Civics published by McGraw Hill Ryerson.

Shelley White Financial Planning Specialist
Shelley has been involved with RBC Financial Group since 1990. After spending her first six years as a Financial Planner at Royal Trust specializing in Will and estate planning, she joined RBC Investments to advise and educate clients about financial planning strategies that would assist them in achieving their lifelong goals. She moved to RBC Dominion Securities in 2006 to work with our team and support us in preparing and presenting financial plans for clients.
A graduate of Ryerson University with a degree in Business Administration she has also acquired the designation of Personal Financial Planner. Shelley is an active member of the Planned Giving Board at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener.
Shelley’s analysis will provide specific recommendations focused on your particular needs, including cash flow, tax strategies, investments, retirement, insurance, estate planning and will ultimately assist you in maximizing your situation and achieving your goals. Grant Henri, CFP, PFP, Pl. Fin.
Financial Planning Specialist
Grant attended Concordia University in Montreal where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He holds three financial planning designations, a Specialist designation from the Trust Institute, and is working towards his TEP designation with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Grant has 20 years of progressive experience in various roles within the financial services field, including 14 years with RBC. He also provides support to the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a subject matter expert and has been teaching retirement and estate planning at George Brown College in Toronto.
Over the last three years, Grant has been providing support on tax, legal, estate and retirement planning strategies to advisors at RBC Dominion Securities. He has also written several articles on these subjects which are part of the firm’s library of financial planning content available to you through your Investment Advisor.
Grant’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans.
